Individual Yoga Therapy
The support of individual yoga therapy can be a powerful catalyst for growth and improved well-being. Individual yoga therapy sessions empower clients to meet their own unique needs with an individually-tailored approach. The content of each online session (including customized home practices) reflects the client’s specific goals, which may relate to particular physical or mental-health concerns, or can focus more broadly on lifestyle or general wellness.
Semi-Private Yoga Therapy
Semi-private yoga therapy is a great option for friends, colleagues, or family who wish to practice together, either on an ongoing basis or for a one-time event. This virtual option is available for groups of 2-10 people, and is tailored to meet the needs of each group. Sessions may be organized around a specific theme requested by the group—such as healthy aging, stress management, or healthy movement for desk workers—or it may simply be an opportunity for each participant to nurture their own well-being in connection with others.
Group Classes
Group classes are created for specific groups or institutions, such as colleges and universities, health clinics, mental health programs, assisted living, senior centers, nonprofits, businesses, or community groups. These classes meet online and provide customized programming that addresses the specific context and needs of the participants. Classes can be planned as a series or as a one-time workshop. Recent classes have included: Managing Stress, Anxiety, and Burnout for Medical Providers; Yoga for Anxiety Management for college students; Yoga for Bone Health; Yoga for a Positive Mindset; Yoga for Seniors in Recovery; and, Self-Regulation is Your Parenting Superpower, a mindful movement workshop for parents.
