People seek yoga therapy for all sorts of reasons. Maybe their back “went out.” Maybe they’re experiencing anxiety or depression. Maybe they’ve heard yoga can help manage chronic pain or other chronic health conditions. Regardless of what brings an individual to yoga therapy, our goal is to help each person experience greater well-being, no matter what challenges they may be facing.

Our approach combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern science. No two yoga therapy sessions are the same. We tailor a variety of practices, such as movement, breathwork, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic neuromuscular re-education, and applying the philosophies and self-care methodologies of yoga, to help each individual thrive.

We use creative approaches to meet each person exactly where they are—to support genuine insight, growth, and healing. Yoga therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client. There is no one-size-fits-all program.
